Yes, the Sonder Society requires a twelve (12) month minimum term to ensure we can properly support your long-term skin health journey.
After your initial 12-month term, your membership automatically renews on a month-to-month basis, allowing you to keep your preferred rates without interruption.
The first fifty (50) members to enroll receive a complimentary Dermaplane Facial (valued at $100.00), which must be redeemed within 90 days of joining.
No — as long as your membership remains active, your credits roll over indefinitely. There’s no monthly deadline and no pressure to use them before they disappear.
While most members prefer the monthly rhythm, you may choose to make a single annual payment of $1,188
All membership fees are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, any remaining banked credits in your “wallet” are forfeited, so we highly recommend using your balance before your final date.

Your $99 monthly credit applies toward most services and retail at Sonder State, at member pricing. Some exclusions apply — your provider can walk you through what works best for your goals.
DiamondGlow is excluded from the 10% facial discount — our DiamondGlow package and membership pricing offers an even better value for that treatment specifically.
Membership pricing and promotional offers cannot be combined. As a member, your pricing and bankable credit are already structured to deliver more long-term value than individual promotions.
Accumulated credits are forfeited upon cancellation. We recommend booking an appointment to use your balance before canceling.
